My five-year-old got settled into our bed, and hoped to talk his way into a permanent spot in the family bed, instead of his room across the hall.
Realizing there might be space issues, he decided he would need to create a vacancy in the bed. A marketing scheme was hatched. Now he had to create demand for an alternate bed, and find a buyer.
"Do you want to go to my beautiful bed?" he asked me, hoping I would be conned by an adjective.
We're involved in marketing all day long. It's just that sometimes we don't notice.
